Directions to Fauntleroy Park (north entrance)

By car from the north, continue on Fauntleroy Way SW past the ferry pier as the arterial turns left.  Continue through the small business district and up the hill past the church/YMCA.  Continue around a large curve and up the hill to the park entrance on your right.

By car from the south or east, at 35th Ave. SW and SW Barton St., proceed down the hill on Barton to the park entrance on your left.

By Metro, take #C to SW Barton and SW Henderson.

By school bus, go to the intersection of SW Barton and SW Henderson.  Street parking on Barton.

Directions to Fauntleroy Park (south entrance)
By car from 35th Ave. SW, go to SW 98th St. and turn toward the water.  Turn right at 39th Ave. SW and left at SW 97th St. and go to the park sign.  Graveled area for off-street parking.


Directions to the Fish Ladder (SW Director St. and upper Fauntleroy Way SW)
By car from the north, take Fauntleroy Way SW past Lincoln Park.  Veer left at the traffic triangle and proceed south on upper Fauntleroy Way.  You will see the barricade ahead that protects the fish-ladder viewpoint.  Park on upper Fauntleroy Way if you are destined for the viewpoint or are part of a field trip.

By car from the south or east, get to the intersection of 35th Ave. SW and SW Barton St..  Wind down the hill on Barton to the 4-way stop at 45th Ave. SW.  Turn right and proceed north to the traffic circle at SW Director St.  Turn left and go to the end of Director.  Turn right onto upper Fauntleroy Way SW and park.

By Metro, take #C to the ferry terminal.  Cross the street and take the stairs up to SW Director St.  Come down the first driveway on your right if you are part of a field trip.

By school bus, go to the intersection of 45th Ave. SW and SW Director St.  Street parking on 45th or in the south parking lot at Lincoln Park.
